These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Whitefish River Rentals website and your booking of and stay at our vacation homes in Kalispell, Montana. By booking a stay or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once we receive the required payment under the booking terms shown at checkout. Rates, taxes, fees, and any deposit are presented before you book. You are responsible for providing accurate guest information at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
The cancellation policy that applies to your stay is the one shown at the time of booking. Please review it before you reserve, as refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. If you booked through a third-party platform, that platform’s cancellation rules may also apply.
3. Check-In, Check-Out & Occupancy
Check-in and check-out times, the maximum number of guests, and our house rules are provided with your booking and in your check-in instructions. The home may be occupied only by the number of guests stated on the reservation. Subletting or hosting events or parties is not permitted.
4. House Rules
- No smoking inside the homes.
- Pets are welcome where noted on the listing and subject to our pet terms.
- Please observe quiet hours and be respectful of neighbors.
- Additional rules may be provided with your booking; they form part of these Terms.
5. Guest Responsibilities & Damage
You agree to treat the home and its contents with care and to report any damage or maintenance issue promptly. You are responsible for loss or damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.
6. SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Whitefish River Rentals about your reservation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Assumption of Risk
Our homes are on the Whitefish River and near outdoor recreation areas. You and your guests use the river, waterfront, grounds, and any recreational equipment at your own risk, and you are responsible for supervising children and pets at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitefish River Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your booking, your stay, or your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, images, and design, belongs to Whitefish River Rentals and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or our services means you accept the updated Terms.
