Every property is different, so every quote is custom. As a guide, here’s where most properties land for a standard turnover clean. Final pricing depends on square footage, number of bathrooms, linens included, and turnover frequency.

$125 – $180

Per turnover. Includes standard restocking. Linen service add-on optional.

2 BR

$165 – $210

Per turnover. Two bathrooms or fewer, standard guest use.

3 BR

$220 – $285

Per turnover. Where most Flathead Valley short-term rentals land.

4+ BR / Large

$325+

Per turnover. Custom quote — pricing scales with size, baths, and complexity.
